At ZP Primary School Jalindarnagar, leadership isn’t just taught—it’s lived. Our Students’ Leadership School is a unique model where students take charge of managing the day-to-day life of the school. With a strong belief in nurturing responsibility, teamwork, and real-world skills, the school empowers children to become confident and capable leaders.
The school is home to 120 students, organized into 16 dynamic groups, each led by a student group leader. These group leaders are selected based on their leadership qualities, sense of responsibility, and commitment to the school community. Together, they manage various aspects of the school, including organizing events, maintaining discipline, coordinating classroom activities, and assisting in community initiatives.
Through this model, students not only gain leadership experience but also learn problem-solving, communication, and team coordination. This initiative has transformed our students into young changemakers who are not just learning for life—but leading it.
