In 2022, Dattatray Ware Guruji was transferred to ZP School Jalindarnagar, a school that was on the verge of permanent closure. The school had only three students, no proper infrastructure, damaged roofs, and inadequate restroom facilities. The students' learning level was at zero. Within just seven months, he transformed the school to meet international standards through his key module of community collaboration. The local community donated land for a new school building and began actively participating in the school's transformation.

While the community supported the infrastructure, Dattatray Ware focused on improving students' educational standards. He completed their foundational literacy and numeracy (FLN) in just one month and went on to teach them 22 different skills aimed at achieving holistic development. He also made the students multilingual, helping them gain fluency in Japanese, French, and English. The students became proficient in coding, programming, animation, and design. Remarkably, they also completed their entire curriculum in just three months and began learning Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Biology at an excellent level.

In just one year, ZP School Jalindarnagar rose from the brink of closure to being ranked as the top government school in the district. Student strength grew from just 3 to 120, marking a remarkable journey of transformation and success.
